Our mission is to establish a full-scale community sailing facility along the Washington DC waterfront. DC Sail, a program of the National Maritime Heritage Foundation, is a ground-breaking model of that goal. With the support of the NMHF, volunteers, and the community, we hope to accomplish the following in 2006:

• Increase awareness of the value and potential of the Potomac & Anacostia Rivers.

• Build a model for a larger full-scale community sailing center.

• Raise money and support for the Kids Set Sail program.
