Racing with DC Sail
Summer 2010 Race Nights
Every Thursday evening beginning June 10th we host race nights for all DC Sail members. This is a great opportunity to mingle with other sailors and work on your racing skills. Sign-in begins at 5:30pm and racing begins at 6:00pm.
***The Race Committee has changed the schedule to start races at 6:30pm***
No racing experience is required, however, it is encouraged that sailors have a basic knowledge of the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS). To gain this knowledge and an insight into tactics, strategy, and boat handling, sailors can take DC Sail's Introduction to Racing Lessons.

Race Series:
Starts June 10th and runs through October
Cost:
Member: $30/series, $10/race
Non-Member: $60/series, $20/race
Non-Member: $10 one-time guest*
*Option only available to non-members for one race. Guests must sign up for membership if they choose to participate in subsequent races.
